If you have courage, what cannot be achieved?  A man should have true talent, just then no difficulty can overcome his path or his high spirits.  Here we are talking about a person who kept his spirit and made the way to achieve his destination and achieved it.

Shrikant Bola, who is blind since childhood, is today appointed as the CEO of Rs 50 crore consumer food packaging company Boulant Industries.  He has set an example for many people by creating this consumer food packaging company.

The childhood of Srikant Bola of Hyderabad went through many difficulties.  The monthly income of his family was around Rs 1,600.  You will be surprised to know that when Srikant was born, some of his relatives and neighbors asked Srikant's parents to kill him as soon as he was born.  But there was something else in Srikanth's luck.  Luck also favors those who believe in themselves and have the power to do something with their hard work.

Srikanth was quick to read since childhood.  Despite the family's financial condition not being good, Srikanth passed 10th with good marks.  His troubles did not end here, he wanted to study science after 10th.  But because of his blindness, he was not allowed to do so.

Srikanth was also one of those who gave up.  After fighting for several months, Srikanth was finally allowed to study science and with this Srikanth became the first blind in the country, who got permission to study science after 10th standard.  After this Srikanth never looked back.  Srikanth got admission in Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the US as soon as he completed his schooling.  With this, Srikanth became the first blind student of the country, who received education from MIT.

After taking his education from America, Srikanth started his company in Hyderabad.  Shrikant formed the Consumer Food Packaging Company for the packaging of food items of the people.  This company was started by Srikkanth with a team of 8 people.  He first added unemployed people nearby in this company.  In which Shrikant gave work to blind people.  When Srikanth's company started gaining momentum, funding problems started coming.

But Srikanth was a bit of a backer, he carried on his work by raising funds from several funding companies and private banks.  Srikanth's company traveled from floor to arsh.  Today Srikanth's company has four plants in Telangana and Hyderabad, in which thousands of employees are employed.

Srikanth says that when the whole world used to tell him that he cannot do anything, he used to tell them that he can do everything.  The place where Shrikant is today, he has also made this point a reality.  Srikanth says that if you want to win the battle of your life, then being patient in the worst of times will definitely bring success.
